Getting started
How to set up IPTV →An IPTV subscription gives you access to live TV channels and, where included, on-demand content delivered over your internet connection. You watch it in an IPTV player app on your TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet or computer.
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG set-top boxes.
Around 10 Mbps of stable speed for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K — per stream. Our internet speed guide explains how to test and plan for several screens.
After your subscription is set up, you receive your access details — an M3U link and Xtream Codes login, or a portal for MAG boxes — by email, along with links to our setup guides.
Yes. You can install the service on several devices. The number that can stream at the same time depends on how many connections your plan includes.
Most buffering is caused by Wi-Fi or device settings and can be fixed at home. Follow our buffering guide, and contact support if a specific channel keeps having problems.
Devices & IPTV players
Choosing an IPTV player →Choose a player from your device's official app store that supports Xtream Codes login and an EPG grid. Our IPTV player page explains which features matter most.
No. Players are third-party apps that you install separately. Many are free; some charge for premium features.
Yes. MAG boxes use a portal URL linked to the box's MAC address instead of a player app. Send us the MAC address when you request your subscription.
Streaming quality
Fix IPTV buffering →4K is available where the source is broadcast in Ultra HD. You'll need a 4K-capable device, a 4K TV and around 25 Mbps of stable speed per stream.
Evening is peak time for home broadband. A wired connection, 5 GHz Wi-Fi and a slightly larger player buffer usually solve it.
Adjust the EPG time offset in your player settings and check your device's time zone.
